I have big problem with this dash,its daewoo dashboard with 9s12h128 saab 2006,someone before probably changed odometer and there was problem,
car wont crank and no communication with instrument cluster.When i open dash found some wire attached to mcu and try to read with upa and carprog but

This dash should read easily from BDM points with UPA. Check the badly repaired connections to micro as there could easily be some short or bad solder. You may also have a component missing here but not 100% sure on that?

missing component is capacitor.Try to read bdm and directly pin 53pin 54 ... no response any idea?
