mercedes Start error

I have a merc with this error, I have tried Start error repair 1.3 which did not work. The dump from the immo was very corrupt and had not much info in it

Immo was 0D60J and 24C04
Attached are both dumps and the data from my existing key

I'm hoping someone here can help out with fixing the dump?? From what I have read I can just use a paired dump off another car but there will be some config data that might not be the same.290984

Is it possible to do immo off in the ECU or only with an emulator?
