MB W204 Delphy CRD 2.x reading problem with galetto v54 EU

Hi!
I have problems with reading this ECU. Click ECU data and all fine, after while reading, procedure stops at X% sometimes 1 and 2 the max was 5% :(. Anyone knows the problem?
If I try again, the laptop freezes.

Try putting more voltage to car when reading as in pic shoes 12.5. Put jump leads from running car so voltage is at 14v

Thanks! This time a W204 was here and I just tried it. Next time will try more voltage.

Just remove ecu from car and read in bench. Sometimes you have can interferences and don?t read in car but all ok in bench.

CRD 1.1 you have to read Only by Jtag/Nexus conection !

2010 I think. Connect adapter Delphi DCM 3.2 to BDM pads feed ECU with supply V but it writes me "error micro not supported" ............ Now try with china clone

Anyone can lead me to the right direction?
I marked pin 1 on board. That can be measure easy because pin 3 and 5 are GND. Adapter pin is not correct?
Tried read with X-prog M too using the BDM pinout but nothing.Supply V is ok on bench. 2 short circuit as EVC and Galetto manual says.

First is the standard Delphi head and other is "mirrored" DCM 3.2 head.

I got the correct connection. Solder CMD delphi head mirrored and now I can connect to ECU with CMD BDM100 but software is too old and doesn't know this ECU family(get unknown family error) so can't read. Tried with galetto using the CMD head and the adapter for CMD to Galetto but not working. Any chance to repair galetto BDM port?

Today tried V54 EU on W212 E200 CDI CRD3 MY 2013. Read ok, wrire error. SW can't recognize file.....

I read E200 W212 CRD 2.10 Solenoid via Galleto V54 EU clone OBD no problem.
i don't Write yet this ECU.
