Read dump from EZS A2105450208..

Hello.

My experience to solder is not the poorest. I solder HC08 from benz w203 eis, it is easy. I can read EIS/EZS-modules with HC12 in circuit, it is not difficult. But one thing is terrible for me, to solder the internal cpu from w210/w202 EIS. For example A2105450208.
Can i read the dumps from these EIS-modules in circuit, too ? What is the easiest way to read the dumps ? Do you have tips for me ?
If i must solder the internal cpu, what is the easiest way ?

Must desolder and read out of circuit mate.

You can simply desolder the red parts and open EZS.

It's perfectly possible to desolder / solder the inside mcu without doing this. Soldering is a bit tricky, not definately possible.
