whats your screen resolution, it should be a minimum of 1024 by 768

havn't used xp for a long time but I think you should be able to check in display settings in control panel
also take your caps off

[chroma]

hold CTRL down then scroll the middle mousebutton
VOILA change the size whenever you need.
