VW-TRANSPORTER T5-AXB 105BHP----WITH 130 TURBO-INJECTORS...NEED HELP WITH MAP

has anyone done this before...basically its a VW TRANSPPORTER T5 AXB ENGINE-105-with 130 turbo and injectors....turbo fitted runs very well.but when i fitted injectors the engine takes time to start.and when its running it sounds rough.timing etc...with some diesel knock...can anyone help.291640

Maybe injectors are bigger and you must reduce injection quantity.
For Passat 100HP you must reduce the injection quantity if you install the nozzle from 130HP

I falsely fitted from 170PPd injectors to a 140PPD engine and this engine does not start well

I totally agree... you need everything to "pair" injection strategies to new injectors. I made 10 or more engines like this.

Suggestion: you absolutely need 3.0bar map sensor, you must replace your 2.6bar original map sensor; remember to modify value conversion maps in ecu.
