Hi
Deactivate seat mat with das , warning lamp still on and no fault stored.
Any suggestions please ?

remove batery connector and reconnect and clear all fault to other modules

Did You locked airbag ecu after switching off seat sensor?

How to lock it , with intial startup ?

IF you with software disable some sensor or any other hardware component in airbag system, you will not find DTC related to that sensor. But !!!
If you not disconnect that component airbag warning light will turned on.

You have unlock airbag Ecu ( don't need to deactivate seat), now need lock it. Do initial startup and problem solved.

Smayer i did initial startup but it not complete procedures and star take me to the fault,,no fault found .and ecu still unlocked !!

How did u unlock ecu by star or by eeprom?

I am do it that what you do, with STAR developer mode, just reconfigure and disconnect sensor and everything worked, but i can not tell you for sure what exactly models was this, one for sure is Vaneo from 2005, i think, and one was E or C class, can not remember.
