It's on first position in relay bracket with number 373 on it, newer version is 643. It should by below driver legs.

Start with plug a diagnostic computer in, then check the interior lights/door switches work.

Two years since you got jump leads in the post! Are they worn out yet?

This year too late.

transmiterr thanks, yes, see on bang good $18 I think.

Door, as door opens AS A RULE. drops to the deck, fat person gets out and shuts the door, it lets air out.

fat person gets in compressed runs like buggery.

worth stick on ramp check the sensors not damaged, might be part of leg only ?1000 not sure

u can test with vcds Ross-Tech: VAG-COM: Suspension Level Control Calibration (http://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/cars/levelcontrol.html) , cheapest tool in the garage these days
the pumps are noisy so u should here it when pumping up tho

Managed to fix it right under dash tucked away into the right corner is a red 40 amp fuse very hard to see, long nose pliers to get it out and fit new one and all working

Did it blow jumping it off.

sometimes eaiser to extend fuse out where accessible .

whilst your extending extend EEPROM out the clocks to make it eaiser to clock.

Happy Xmas my jump lead swinging friend.

Theirs an Orange 40amp fuse up the back of the dashboard just above the throttle that has probably blown ! check it !
Nine times outta 10 your compressor has got too hot then blown fuse, or the usual the motor magnets have came loose & jammed motor then freed again.
Open the end of the motor and see if there is rust on the magnet holders in the motor, if so get yourself a new one as its only a mater of time.
Buy the merc compressor as they are all the same only you need to change the brackets & also the plug or just pay the extra ?100 quid !
heres a good place to purchase them from Germany, I have dealt with this guy for years and all his parts are genuine or better !

I know these babies with my eyes closed !
Who needs a snow plow when you own an ALLROAD !
Can I recommend you fit new arnott air bags , go for the newer mod ones as I have these running a few years and no probs compared to the genuine ones.

Your dealing with justy22, it will be clocked and gone. Sold to an unsuspecting punter.
