Forget it.
In this video is DSG controller DQ200 (DSG 7-gears) without immo (last HW from china have immo, another are without).
In q5 are another gearbox (0B5) and another gearbox controller (DL501) ( with immobilizer and isn't possible to flash it without car (only when is new and without preconditions, you can flash it but after flashing you must drive to audi for immo adaptation).

What you need to is make a full clone, which will be hard.
As I know Audi won't accept used parts for adaptation at their dealerships.
Atleast not in my country.

Is not possible to make 1:1 clone because tricore have OneTimeProgramming Area. Rest you can transfer but this one no. Why would you exchange this TCU? 95 percent problems with gearbox / mechatronics are outside TCU.... Bis today i have seen only one defected Dl501 TCU. He was killed by another workshop...

Better exghange gearbox ecus from old broken gearbox to new and dont waste time with tests and money to buy tools only for this car of course if you have old egs ecu
