Changes:

- EPG Fix for some providers (incomplete EPG event descriptions, fading out)

- Scanning for some providers (Corrupt network ID/name)

- Fix for standby mode causing problems with some TV's / other video sources.

- RCU code update.

- Default channel after scanning is first real channel.

- Internal fixes.

This file is compatible with Arnet 700 and Evolution A750 hardware.

Remote works much better with the new update, its not great but far better than before. Also the channel search from installation is much smoother, on the previous release It found all channels but then took 2 hours to de-scramble this did not happen with 12072009.

Same here big improvement with the remote some issues still need fixing selected a channel but went to INFO TV channel WTF???:congrats:

i only got a a750 soon, so dont know how bad the issue, but my remote with new f/w seems to be ok, not as good as SV4 but defo useable.

Hi all, sorry for the noob question, do I need the above FW version 2 get all channels for NTL in the Dublin area? Im hoping to receive my Kryptview 2day sometime.
Also, just wondering what would be the best option for adding a Hard Disk to record programs, pause live TV etc etc.

By the way my A750 has worked flawlessly since i bought it a few months ago from TMC. Wonderful box, just need the remote to be a bit more responsive!! Well we can't have it all i suppose :)

wont get much help in here m8 this is for kryptviews, make a post in here General Cable TV (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f10/) you should get noticed. put as much info about what youve done and which firmware is on the box if any :D

Downloaded 19/03/2009 for Arnet 700c and installed ok, But now can't download 12/07/2009 Firmware.

i've got this new firmware installed, does anyone else have the problem that when you now do a full factory reset it just resets the box and goes back to tv mode without wiping the channels and showing the 0000 readout???

if so then whats the script with updating now??

factory reset erases channels,you must do another scan on your provider

setanta closed down months ago mate so no it wont rescue them ones it depends on which channels are missing? the best way is to do a factory reset which will delete all the channels you have then run a rescan with no splitters on the cable this will pull through all the channels available to us today good luck mate

I updated all the firmware etc. Looks like Nagra 3 has arrived here in Ch*rus land in Ireland as all the premium channels are gone.

Hey u guys. Will somebody please put me out of my mysery. I want 2 watch sky sports 2 & sky sports 4 on my arnet box. How can i recieve these channels. I can pick up a lot of channels, inc sky sports 1& 3. Its really confusing as i cant find any relevant info for me on the forum. If you dont know then dont reply- simple- if im better off getting a new box please some1 (in the knowhow- preferably from birmingham)tell me which box to go and purchase.

thanks for the update! mine went down somepoint last month. not really been about but noticed my update was from 2008 so hoping this 2009 will fix it.. failing that it becomes an ugly looking door stop.. still i could always decorate it a bit. :)

Sorry, should have been clearer. All channels have gone for approx 30 days. Lost without it! I have an arnet 700 box. Is Hillingdon/Hayes - In London free from nagra 3. I have been sent a card.

it will work for the time being as manchester is not on n3, scan on whoever you received your cable from prior to vm
