V5s openbox

Hello all. I have just got a v5s openbox and paid to get my dish rewired and installed the v5s box..all the channels have come but the majority are scrambled and cannot watch them..please could you tell me is there a procedure I need to do to get these channels viewable ie do I need codes or other software please
