in this case , read dump BSI Delphi 93C66 or BSI Magneti marelli HC912DGxxx, and prepare transponder and match it using pin code .

If you have Zed Bull , you can precode transponder and write it's ID by "Create Image File", back in dump for direct start.

if i buy id48 transponder precoded for Fiat can be programmed to the car or i must prepare it anyway with Zedbull.

If you buy from dealer, it will come already precoded and then you can program the key with pin code

Why bothering with dealers :). If BSI have been changed(I meet more and more such cars) it's waste of time and money. Just remove BSI, read dump and use Zed Bull to precode blank ID48. Then you can use Create Image File to start directly or add it by OBD programming using calculated PIN. :)
