I can input logic/data manually though? someone gave me the logic for an id33, but i don't think it was correct

Right if you download the files NO PASSWORD - ONLY KNOBS DO THAT.
You can see the two keys that came with the car. This is a Saxo, the dumps are SLIGHLTY differant, cant remember EXCATLY what, but only slightly
You will see various pictures saying 'works' this was entering that data onto a blank carbon T5 and car strarted
Rumor has it, that Citreon chips start 00 or 33 or something none of the other type was available at this time.
had a LOT of greif getting that image on screen.
the immo off files are from Bosch MA3.1 - several diufferant ones.
These files were done late one night behind the bar of the pub
E&OE.

all i did was read the pin from the eeprom in the immo box and copied the data from a working " old spare " saxo key and programmed a blank t5 with the data and introduced it via pin with my SBB.....

If you look at my photos its quite impressive it's 'hard' to kill one once you have the data.
Car came in fir heater fault, ended up down the pub doing experiments on it!
i was playing with a Saxo with a 106 immo box and worked out the pin outs, if still have it, ill tweet it.
