DDDL Problem

I had dddl 7.11 installed, and activated and I hooked it up to a 2010 Detroit engine, the Nexiq connected and identified the truck etc.
But when I clicked on parameters no parameters showed, so I connected it to a 2007 Detroit and still no parameters showed.
I uninstalled dddl 7.11 and loaded and activated diagnostic link 8.0, it also connected but still no parameters.
I can go to instrumentation and it shows the instruments, but no parameters.

I tried a different laptop a Panasonic tough-book running windows 7 pro 32 bit and hooked it up and I still could not get either dddl 7.11 or diagnostic link to show the parameters.

Anyone any idea whats happening.

It may be how you licensed it.

I have same version and works real good I see all parameters and I'm also able to reset ash and all my tests. Try license expiration date within 364 days and both levels at 1

I am having the same problem. It seems like everything works on series 60 engine but on DD15 you can only read codes. I have tried level 3 and level 1 both with 364 days. Version 8.0 is the same. Anyone know how to fix this?
