Is it possible that pins are located inside 93lc86 on these from 2005 Audi A3 8p0 vdo

cool .....looks like 8bit ,but please solder the original 93lc86 on the new cluster and see if alls good please

There are 740 differences between the 2 bin files, and i have no info on what would likely be the pin code, but it does seem like one is a newer software revision to the other,

Mileage seems about right so what options are there

One showed Def when plugged in

when the keys on the mileage shows correct then goes to safe ?

As I told you via PM. It is impossible by dump. They are encrypted. You have to do them via OBD

Yes but others said post dumps so maybe I'm just living in hope

you got no tools to read or adapt obd( read the post I answered with A4 CAB DASH) ...so lets put your immo off,send ecu serial 95320

But doing immo off won't cure faults in dash though

does the car start with orig cluster ? when fitting new cluster will start and cut off ! immo off will let the car run and test if the battery still drains

With both clocks start then stop with old clocks with wrong eeprom shows 0 mls new clock with customers original shows Def

find a cluster with a key matched then remove immo

I have 8P0920930R 2006 A3 here, can anybody read the PIN Login? Vagdashcan cant do this.
