Dont even think another than EU clone. Chinese are very bad quality and soft with loader.

EU Clone A1. not chinese, look after it tho as eobd side full of black resin, so if you strain a wire your f&&ked, Austrian clone, i know for 100% sure,

I used MPPS v16 european clone and it worked very well but these days I'm just using Galletto euro clone and that does 99% of stuff... the stuff that doesn't work with Galletto I use my kess european clone v2.08 and that works fine.

I'm not totally convinced going by other Chinese clones spend a little bit of money on better quality components and you have a close if not the same as eu clone for less money

And some people pay it lol but I think it makes people think it's a better quality clone and then when you ask for better price they discount a little for you so you think your getting a good deal when in actual fact you have just bought the clone everyone else is selling but at a slightly inflated price lol

Good old Chinese

R13 - Must be 47 KOhms, not 4,7KOhms. - This is the solution to the problem of incorrect voltage

Chinese clone also has an incorrect value. Tested and worked OK with version:16.1.0.2

Any updates on this matter. EU clone still working good? I am basicly looking to read, checksum, write ME7.5 and MED9.1/9.5 Basicly vag petrol cars from 2000 to 2010 lets say.
I won't have a big volume so I cannot justify the price of an original tool, what do you suggest me? MPPS or FG V54? Where to buy a good EU clone?

MMPS its old tool if you talked about clones. Better start from FG, more functional.
Anyway, clones are bad for all :-)

If you're tuning cars for profit, there's no excuse NOT to use a genuine tool. MPPS doesn't even have subscription fees. It's the cheapest, most versatile, starter level tool you can buy. The company is small, the developer answers your questions personally, and actually cares about the customer.

In the grand scheme of things, if you're even REMOTELY competent, the tool will pay for itself 10x over.
