IDS v86 and Clone VCM 2

I have a good quality clone vcm 2 and IDS v86a that's done everything I've asked it to, recently installed it on a new laptop and now when I try and program a module I get the Battery voltage too low error say voltage is 0, tried external power ect but by the looks of it its a software problem?

You tried the interface back on the old laptop and works fine?
