uhds renault probleme

some one have test this fonction
UCH 908 espace 3
whit the old toll i have never probleme since i have uds tool i cannot read the eeprom buy obd
i have contact the support he said :
make short betwean pin 15, an 7 obd
i have test this fonction it dont work
some one have a solution
some one have the pinout for connect in table
