Hi is anyone able to help

Today I have changed internet providers. With my old provider my open box was connected by wireless through a SKY on demand box. I have now changed broadband providers. My desktop, printer, phone and ipad are all connected by wifi. My TV can only get the free to air channels. I have checked my info for setting up the openbox F5s, the on demand box is lit up with an orange light to say connected, but I still cannot get any other programs. Should the box automatically pick up the wifi settings through the on demand box or do I have to change some settings. I have just about tried everything, can anyone help please. In simple words not hi tech jargan, I am an old geriatric.

1. Have you changed your router.
2. Does YouTube work on your f5s (menu - network apps) ie it will play online clips

Yes my router has changed and no You Tube doesn't work. It has drove me mad today. It was working perfectly until I change broadband provider and new router, from the new broadband provider.

Sounds like you need to re-set up your wireless connection from your router to f5s again, unfortunately I connect mine by wired lan cable so can't be much more help, however, YouTube will guide you.
