samsung stuck on samsung logo

i have the samsung gt 190003 it is stuck on its samsung logo ive tried everything like volume up power and home to wipe and cleat all data and it still stuck on the logo im looking for an update i can put onto the micro sd carde and updare from there please help thx

I had a problem yesterday with my samsung gt-s6810p that had dropped its network connection.
So, I shut it down removed battery for a few minutes and replace battery and powered up and walla, all was fixed again.
It might work in your case.
