ford focus charging problem

i have a 2003 ford focus and i cant read of an eror p1246 focus alternator load high imput i have replace the alternator whit a genuine new oane , i have replace the belt and belt tensioner the idle of the car is at 730 rpm ,if i increase it from the pedal to 830 the eror dos not aper animore ,the chrging at idle is 12,8v and at 830 14,4 and the eror dos not apar enimore, it is a 1,8 tddi 2003 focus, can idle can be adjust whit vcm ? or other solutions?

Have you checked the wires from the alternator all the way up the loom?
