Hello
I wanted to adapt the dashboard in citroen xsara picasso 2001
The bsi was the one with nec inside... I destroy the bsi...
Now I get used bsi unit from other car and do the immo off in ecu and car starts, but there is message (engine immobilizer fault on the cluster) How can I remove it... Or how to program the keys?
Please thank you all for any help...

NEC PROGRAMMER AND 14 WIRES SOLDERING IS YOUR SOLUTION
Then you could read old dump and load in new one.
If not I dont Know how message could be removed, if you cut communication with bsi to disable message perhaps you have problem with temperature and fuel gauge for example....dont sure but perhaps
If you have not NEC PROGRAMMER, but you have soldering skills, swap NEC MCU.

If you Know pin from donor BSI, you could also put new transponders on key( they are cheap), and then recode keys.
This could be a solution.
Even if you Know Vin from donor vehicle you could perhaps extract PIN.
BUt best solution is programmer and back up your dump.
DId you broke Bsi while soldering???
There are both resistors (8 legs smd one) that burns easy when soldering too long time or temp....
...perhaps you could recover old bsi....
Resistors could be checked easily with a multimeter.
Hope it helped.

This is the VIN from donor bsi: VF1CHRHYA38867292
What about moving nec from old bsi to donor bsi? I destroy the mainboard of old bsi with using too much of temperature.
