2008 VW Golf 1.9 TDI - Is this file well tuned ?

Hi,
I read this file from a VW Golf 2008 1.9 TDI engine BXE with 105 hp.
ECU is EDC16U34
Client told me that chiptuning was done by dealer.

Car is pulling good in 2nd and 3rd gear.

But in highway, more than 130 km/h , if I accelerate it doesn?t go quick. It takes time to increase speed.
Maybe they didn?t increase turbo pressure and injection quantities in this file.

Can you check if the turbo pressure was raised ? All is Ok with this file or is possible to improve ?

The turbo pressure is raised with 150mbar. File can be improved, but I have quickly looked and basically it seems fine.
