How to get to eeprom ?
Test point or i need remove needle ?

i'd think twice of pulling those needles off. If the shaft comes out with the needle, the motor is done.

try to pull up the needles the motor is available in jns odometers we can replace it so dont afraid pull the needles u can see the eeprom inside
