MEC32-040 93C66 READ. Nissan Micra

I have extracted this file and erased the eeprom. the problem is when written back to the eeprom my car does not start. It has the intelligent smart key.

Its got the common throttle body code where the car won't go over 1500rpm. From what I read on the internet people change the ECU and it solves the issue. So I was attempting to change the ECU but I think I got a corrupted read whilst reading the 93c66 eeprom
