can bloker smelecom problem

hello,

i buy can bloker from smelecom for do my car bmw year 2012 F20, i put can in dash all is ok but i can't reset service when i try i have this message : reset service is impossible and in dysplay car message is : show service is imposible
so i need help if some had before this problem or if i must modify can bloker
smelecom says that it work fine!!!

yes elprosys only in FEM module not in dash so it's difficult that's why i buy from smelecom
