Renault Megane 1.9DCI non start

Hi. I have problem with 2003 Renault Megane II with Bosch EDC16C3 (0 281 011 275) ecu.

Car won't start, and I find out that have problem in ecu hardware. I fixed that and car starts. It worked for about 5mins and I turned off. After a while, when I wanted to start again it surprised me with non start.

I checked for faults and there was: DF038 and DF025.

I tried to make virgin eeprom 95160 with IUD v3.2 and put back in ecu, car still won't start.
Also tried to code injectors without succesfull.

Solution ?

If I buy used ecu with same numbers, I need to swap only eeprom ?

Stick it in your boat with twin peogoet hdi engines, & ditch the lot at sea
