There's a tool called ME7_95040. Works for reading/writing of eeprom on the Alfa M7.3.1. Maybe also for the ME3.1? Latest version is 1.4
Just google "ME7_95040" you will find it in the first hit.

I know this tool, i use it for ME7.3.1.
I have try it on ME3.1 too, but it read this ECU not correct. I use the same configuration as for ME7.3.1 . Maybe should i change some settings, i don't know.
Any idea?

Sorry, I've never tried it on the ME3.1 myself. When I first used it on the M7.3.1 I tried several settings before I found one that was working. I can just advice you to do the same with the ME3.1!

here my eeprom and flash dump, what i read from the ME3.1 ECU
eeprom reading with this settings: ME7EEPROM_v1.40.exe --bootmode 95080 -r -p 3 --CSpin P4.7
flash reading with FGTech2 - driver: Alfa tools ME7.3.1h4

I thing, the flash content is maybe OK, but eeprom content is not OK ... can anybody confirm this?
i need clone immo, or virginise it.
