Mazda cx-7 ecu repair

hi i have one mazda cx-7 my 2007 gasoline with ECU made by mitshubishi electric.
i found one burned mosfet on injector 2 and 3 common line ( i have no injection on 2 and 3 injectors)

my problem is to identify this mosfet p-channel i think, marked as " J601 73 "
i atached one picture with ecu pcb an burned transistor.

anybody can help me to identify this J601 73 transistor???

Found it's a 2SJ601 P channel MOS.

Can't find an exact equal MOS -36A -60Vdss
but AUIRFR5305 -31A -55Vdss is the closest TO252 I can find (International Rectifier). :)

yes you have right AUIRFR5305 will be good, maximal peak consumption must be under -20A so AUIRFR5305 will do the job.
