Serial: V 197816

Need cleaning locked 24C16 and finding code.

I read processor as TMS 470R1VF689 and TMS 470 R1A288 however I could choose from 000 to 3FFF to Explore attached to what I was able to read the J.link with 4.50

The radio is turned off and light up when I enter cod 8443 and again requesting a coda and if you mistakenly enter cod then counted wrong attempts, but can not appear frequency or cd.

there is no 2 GND?

Missed GND pin 11 now everything is fine.I thank for help.
