MK 2 Ford Galaxy 19tdi brake keeps locking please help.

MK 2 Ford Galaxy 19tdi brake keeps locking on after driving a short distance, but seizing completely after travelling about a mile. calliper is fine, pads don't catch so hub turns freely, bled system, changed pads , changed flex hose still same, usually happened after ABS lights comes on.
Please help.

I've had similar problem but on Passat tdi. Abs unit was at fault... Replaced with used one and all OK. Maybe yours got same fault... You can replace only electronic box and keep original abs block... It saves you time and work. The electronic part goes nuts. When wheels locks up you can hear abs motor spinning continuously.

Check the servo, it might be pulling the brakes on.
Had it in the past but cant remember which car it was.

Check servo that's like climbing Mount Everest seen where they are!

sj. Remove abs fuses, go fir a drink and drive to b&q watch out for cyclists

Check your Servo it must be leaking vacuum internally..............When the brakes are locked undo the black vacuum pipe from the inlet manifold and see if the brakes are released............if yes than just replace the Servo Unit...................
