i cant get it 2 work on my c902..

after clicking the unlock button it says

'please connect the phone via usb while holding 2-5'

what does that mean?

ive tried connecting the usb while holding:
-2 and 5 on the fone
-2, 3, 4 and 5 on the fone
-2 and 5 on my laptop
-2, 3, 4 and 5 on laptop

but nothing happens.. and on the left it says no device was detected

help please!
