RCD500 MP3 - how do I read?

Hi DK mates,

New to radio decoding, and I'm a bit confused. Searched here for solid info on reading these. Some say its 24c32 eeprom, others 93c76 and most say it's a processor needing read?

Mines is a Panasonic model CQ-EV1573G

Also, can these be done by serial number ?

To get the code (which I need) read the M30833FJGP processor
To do 'code off' read then write code off file to 93c76 eeprom ?
