Hi friends

I have tihs jeep Wrangler with some alterations in the suspension, wheeled with diameters greater and height of the amended in suspension. When walking with car on asphalt a wonder, but to walk by rocky paths the car starts to stumble and enters safe mode does not exceed 60km / h.
I found 2 Faults the diagnosis codes in ESP
521C torque request signal denied
523C dybamics sensor mounting / installation performance
My questions is:
Someone can say something about this code:
523C: dynamics sensor mounting / installation performance- where is the location of dynamics sensor ??

Thanks in advance

Cheers

Err dumb question, can you put orginal tires and rims on fir a rest.

had a Peugeot 807, turned out had odd sized tires on the back, so let air out and fixed.

is air filter good?

Are you pulling a 747? Car entered safe mode after some meters.

Agree use OEM wheels and tyres or RPM signal from ABS sensor could be incorrect so car run in safe mode.
Did the car run in safe mode immediately after using non OEM tyres?

Agree air filter/ air mass sensor/ vaccum line on turbo (is it turbo?)
Petrol or gasoline? Need to determine if it has foo-foo valve.

To give ya some info about this specific code it will be necessary to provide specific vehicle data like YMM, type of ABS/ESP etc. Otherwise you'll get more enjoyable posts.....:stung:

I think you must disable ESP in that conditions

You can try searching instead for c123c code, easier to find info. Tuiken posted pic of correct sensor location.

Thanks friend for help
But owner decide to put new Dynamics Senso but after mounting the sensor the car continued to enter safe mode, did the diagnosis found these DTCs:
ECU
0390 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit - Bank 2 Sensor 2
0365 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit - Bank 1 Sensor 2
ESP- ABS
521C Torque Request Signal Denied

523C Dynamics Sensor Mounting/Installation Performance- It is fixed to the assembly of new sensor

So, my question is does (Torque Request Signal Denied) comes with influence of malfunction of the camshaft sensors or something more, disturbing car.! ??

Thanks in advance

Bad cam sensors can cause limp mode. Because you're getting codes for both, I would look at wiring diagram to see if there is a common circuit that would affect both, like a bad ground. Also look for rubbed through harness to the cam sensors.

Look up the DTC setting criteria: A faulty sync, eventually due to a bad cmp sensor, can cause loss of torque signal, without this no ABS/stability etc. Just check the condition that willset this code and move on.

Put an in-cylinder-pressure transducer on to verify timing.

Hope you'll solve.
If not tell the customer the tractor has been abused as post #3 (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/showthread.php/460472-I-need-help-with-this-Jeep-wrangler?p=2471021&viewfull=1#post2471021),
then charge him a lot of hours so he can go the duck out with his abused tractor,
suggest him to place an heavy rock on the throttle and do an heavy downhill with multiple rolls.

Jeep are not cars, excavator are more confortable and environmental friendly.
