megane 2, scenic 2 card where from to buy?

I have got megane cards from cardiag.co.uk and I couldn't program there through obd2 with avdi, truecode, carprog ;( When i read memory from uch on the bench and do it with tango card works (car starts) but remote works only 2 times and then stop? Can someone tell me why? (maybe becouse is china card) or give me right website to buy please.

These are in the UK.
Think the guy refurbishes used ones with new PCF's and cases. Had a couple off him now, never had any problems. Much less than 3D, North West Keys etc.

Do have a place in China I've used before. I got them ?18 each - tested & good. I'll try find a link for you, can't remember where it was?!
