The colors are quirkily, need to be sure! all the resistors are defective

hm ... weird never had faulty resistors on those dashes ... try to resolder and put back together .... if wont work ... just get another tacho ... shuldnt be more then 2o euros :D

Those are not resistors.
SMD resistors are marked with code,for example 101,102,103.

Those look like inductors to me.

1 and 3 resistors is 1,5K
