ML 270 Start Error, please help to Virgin ECU

Hi, I have a ML270 with start error, can someone please help to Virgin this ECU,
Part number A6121531779 Bosch 0281010546
I have tried with original MB ECU Renew 4.3 but when i try and adapt with DAS it says initial start-up was unsuccessful and unable to active control unit.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Thanks for all your help,
I put a new AAM in as there was problems with Star reading it correctly, I then used the file from Mercis and vehicle starts fine until I perform initial startup with DAS, it removes transport protection, and then says unable to activate control unit and initial startup was unsucsessful then START ERROR message comes back on dash.
Mercis do you have any idea what my be going wrong ??

Hi,
Thanks for your help, I ended up trying all the files posted, each time they worked until I personalised then start Error returned.
I ended up fitting a entire kit and the car is fine.

I now have another ML270 with start error, i have tried again with using the autosync files and virgin file from MB ECU 4.3, they all work untill i personalise and then start error reoccurs.
Does anyone know what causes this ? both have immo in EAM ?

A few months back I had similar problems, in the end it was the ignition switch itself.
There is a single wire (+15) from switch to the EAM check if you have a proper 12v there.

Just back probed term 15 at EAM and it is ok, power supply and earth ok aswell
Not sure why its not working :(
