Hi guys got a 2008 modus here with front wipers not working.
No power at motor on low or high speed wires both work if 12v feed is directly applied to motor
Wiper motor looks good inside no water ect.
UPC has no water damage
Wiper fuse in UCH is good and has 12V
Live data shows wiper switch working as normall.
I can hear a relay click when wiper switch is operated so don't know whats wrong??
Was wondering is there a 12v feed missing from UCH to UPC or something.
Only strange thing I see in live data "wiper shutoff active" on Bosch kts
Help !

Next time you jumpstart a wiper ,instead of justy22's leads, use an amperemeter
Who knows, maybe kts is right this time....

Might be wrong, but I remember once had a Merc W203 here, wiper won't operate. It wasn't the cause the car ended up here, that was different, but then I thought front SAM was causing all the havoc. I also tried to directly turn on the wiper with DAS, it worked, but try to operate the switch inside and nothing. Checked live data for the switch, all okay. Though noticed how das kept warning me to close the hood.....gave it a try and voila, all fine XD Have you checked live data to confirm ALL doors+hood, boot are closed? Can KTS turn the wiper motor on?

It was under bonnet fusebox , fitted second hand one and wipers are back.
