upa usb v1.3 problem

Hi i bought one upa usb v1.3 red pcb i did all the install progress fine copy paste for the crack but when i click to start the win 7 said that the program stopped working and not opening.Any help please?The crack file is 64kb + the dll but the original is 3.42mb.Perhaps the crack file has problem?With the original the program opens but when i am connecting the usb asking for registration

I have one ecu from edc15 skoda which is broken and i want to test the upa.The eeprom is 24c04.I opened the sw and i used the eeprom adapter from upa.I used and one eeprom clip to connect the 24c04 with the adapter.Now the problem is that i can not read it.Shows error.Can someone tell me the way.Sorry but it is my first time with this and i have lost it.I will attach and some pictures

How can i locate the pin 1?Must find it to put the red mark from eprom clip or it does not matter?

Orientate the top marking in readable maner, pin 1 is bottom left.

better ist desoldering eprom and read with adapter.
