Thanks dominik.m (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/member.php/58019-dominik-m)
for the MSV70 pinout diagram,

After reading your diagram, and I found that it's working correctly.

I will need to have additional 12V power supply to the ECU pin, so I used a lithium pack battery with 12V, and connecting to a 12.6V charger to ensure stable voltage.

and then do the connection according to the diagram

and then click plug the USB and power of BDM100, then power up ECU/DME, then click ON button, the ECU is connected and successfully detected!!! (it's the first time I work on ECU, so i am very happy that can see successful connection) . :excitement:

and after click read ECU, it's working like magic :-)

Hi,

I need to clone my MSV70 ECU as it's water damaged. Could you please let me know which BDM100 unit you're using? Does it even matter or are all clones the same?

Thanks,
Steve.

I tried xprog but it hangs when initializing the device.
