Golf 4 1.6 16v BCB

Hi friends because i have very big problem with this car can somebody set the idle to 950 rpm?I have thread on http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/showthread.php/461552-VW-Golf-4-1-6-16V-BCB.
I have read it with kess is ok to write it or i will have problems because kess said something for eeprom values

for simos3.4 red-write ok for kees v2 v 1.89.For write wit recovery is ok

i can not find the idle values in dump i did one but was bosch ecu can somebody help with this ecu?
I tried but i am not sure can somebody check it?
