Hummer H3 starting problem

hello all DK users.please want someone to help me start the above mentioned .its in lock mode with no immo.it has normal key but there is indicator of padlock in the dashboard when you start it will start for three seconds & day when the padlock comes out. HUMMER H3 VIN;56TDN136668257908 the model 2006 any help will be appreciated,

If it is an Americanized Hummer with no transponder in the key, then it has an MRD system, and the security is on the lock housing itself.
There is a reader on top of lock cylinder housing, this may be what has gone bad, but check all fuses first. Generally speaking thoughhttp://www.michaelhyde.com/assets/images/products/S707835-2.jpg, it is going to be that reader, and it would have to be replaced. This is the cylinder, what needs to be replaced is on the housing for this cylinder. It reads the magnet on the plug above( has a round stake mark over right side. This can get weak and cause a failure, but the reader is more likely. Sorry, can't find a picture of the reader.

Don't know what else I can help you with- it is a GM system that that will probably require GM diagnostic tool to track down the actual problem. When you do replace reader part, you may have to do 3 times 10 minute reprogram for the reader to be synced.
