seat ibiza airbag 24c08 problem

Hi friends...
I have carprog and i can't read 24c08 of airbag unit seat ibiza 6l
i can read almost eproms but that i can't read and i try some units and only 000000 ...
How i can clear crash data of this eprom?

I can read serial eproms and 24c08 included. But units of airbag seat ibiza 6l can't read.
What i do wrong?...
I try on table and i removed eprom and try read and nothing friends
please somebody can read this airbag unit?

I try to read with x-prog and can't read only 00000
I tested in 5 same units.
I can read all others units only thats i can't
somebody was can read it? Somebody try?
What tool you use for it?
Please i need help of the experts...
