AK500+ PROBLEM

HI ALL
I have AK500+ clone work perfect in my laptop when i try it to anather lapto stop working untill in old laptop
i try to unistall and anstall program and driver more than one time trying anather laptop same problem
DEVICE NOT PRESENT
and i cant see com prot on device manager winXP SP3
windows cant see device never
any body can help

change the date and close the antivirus

my laptop has no antivirus and change data
but still same problem

Most likely it's the FTDI driver.
Look at the details of the driver on the working laptop and compare it to the non working one.

Use FTDI driver uninstall the put the correct one back in.

Try another USB cable. You will be surprise when that work.

I choose com2 , but dont work .It dont test com port!!

If is needing help i can help u but is difficult explain writing
The problem is conflict is usb driver and com port !!
If no problem to u i can do fast by teamviewer
