Bench connect Dash Audi A3 8P with original CAN gateway

Hi,
I need some help here...
I have a dashboard here to test. Maybe the LCD is faulty, and I would like to turn ON the dash on the bench.
Costumer sent me dash + CAN gateway from the same car. Audi A3 2.0 TDI 2007.

I try to connect everything but it doesn?t work.
Here my connections:
Dashboard:
- 1 , 2 , 18 to positive.
- 3 , 4 , 19 to negative.
- 5 goes to pin 13 of CAN Gateway. It is the CAN wake up.
- 29 is CAN H
- 30 is CAN L

CAN Gateway:
- 1 and 14 to postive
- 11 to negative
- 13 goes to pin 5 of dash, as said before.
- 8 is CAN L
- 18 is CAN H

When I turn ON I have 12 Volt on pin 5 of dashboard and CAN lines have more or less 2,5 Volt.

Attached you can see where I see this information.

Anyone can help me ? Why I can?t connect it ?

You cannot power up this dash with CGW only. You need bornetz also.
Never the less, you can make diag, key learning, odometer correction with CGW, but you need to press left button from dash every 5-6 seconds to weak-up.

Thanks for your help. So, if I press left button, processor is wake up to make diagnosis but the LCD doesn?t turn ON, is this correct ?

Center LCD remain black, only odometer LCD will light

If you press left button - clock and odometer lights up. Quickly press and HOLD left button again for a moment, the top of the LCD will light as well for few seconds.
