BMW edc16c35 DPF errors

Hi, today one my friend come to me with BMW e60 535d . Car have DPF errors, but dpf filter removed. He bought that car yesterday and seller sayed that dpf reprogrammed. But on diagnostic it have errors,
4166 - Particulate filter system
4CF3 - Exhaust backpressure sensor signal

I read flash with mpps. Please check file and if possible remove errors PLEASE
