2000 Ford F-350, how to repair stepper motor?

i got a 2000 Ford E-350 cluster with the MPH needle jumps from 0 to 100 as soon as van starts moving..
i trying looking for stepper.. to replace.. can not find it.. is there a way to fix this issue??

i've seen the motors go bad in these for a broken coil, but the big processor quite frequent on that top board. Most of the time, the roll over type odo still works fine.
