Kia Sephia 1996 no starting need immo off or remote

Hi all
I have this car Kia sephia 1996 and car starting there is no injector signal from ecu, now i think in this model it should have remote control that disable the immo or something, and the customer dont have the remotes, there is any way to bypass and start the car.
