there is no vin to pin keygen apart from a fake program that spits out a random number each time

You can clone keys and cards with clone interface without issues, but if it's an incode/outcode system you cant use chinese cards, the card needs to be ordered from the factory to that specific vin, for the very newest which code online you can still use clone interface (but not recommended).
