Reanult Clio Bosch ECU is closed

Ihave a clio with a Bosch 0285001959 and it is closed.
Can someone help me to repair it becuase a new dump hadn?t help me.

I had tested it but no dump can help.
everytime i read the faultcodes it says me the srs ecu is blocked.
